Surveys Help

Client help for Surveys: building surveys, publishing them on your website, quizzes, results and sharing.

Creating a survey

Start a survey from scratch, from a ready-made template, or by copying one you already have, then add your questions.

Putting a survey on your website

Share a survey's own link, or place it on any page of your website.

Quizzes and scoring

Turn a survey into a quiz: mark the correct answers and give every respondent a score.

Response emails and mailing-list sign-ups

Get an email for every new response, and let respondents join your Broadcaster mailing list.

Sharing results with a private link

Give partners or your board a read-only link to the summary charts — and switch it off at any time.

Survey settings: opening, closing and limits

Open or close a survey, schedule it, cap responses, choose how people identify themselves, and set the thank-you message.

Viewing and exporting results

Charts for every question, your Net Promoter Score, responses over time, individual answers and a spreadsheet download.
