Go to Surveys → Results (or click the chart button next to a survey in your list).
Choosing what to look at
- Pick the Survey.
- Optionally set From and To dates (UTC) to look at one period — for example the week after an event.
- Click Apply.
What you see
- Summary — how many responses you have for the period.
- Net Promoter Score — for NPS questions, your score from -100 to 100 (the percentage of promoters, who answer 9 or 10, minus the percentage of detractors, who answer 0 to 6).
- Responses over time — a chart of how many responses arrived each day.
- A chart for every question — how many people chose each answer, the average for rating and NPS questions, and a sample of text answers.
- Individual responses — a list of every response with the date (and email, if you asked for one). Click View to read all of that person’s answers, and their score if the survey is a quiz.
Downloading everything
Click Export CSV to download every response in the selected period as a spreadsheet you can open in Excel or Google Sheets — one row per response, one column per question.
