A survey has to be Open before anyone can fill it in. Then choose one of two ways to share it — or both.
Share the survey’s own link
Every survey has its own page on your website. Open the survey and go to the Embed tab: the Hosted URL (for example /survey/customer-feedback) is the address after your domain.
Send it by email, post it on social media, print it as a QR code, or add it to your site menu. The page uses your website’s design, so it looks like the rest of your site.
Place it on one of your pages
To show the survey inside an existing page (for example at the bottom of an event page):
- Open the survey and go to the Embed tab.
- Copy the code shown there.
- Edit the page in Content Management and paste the code where the survey should appear.
- Save the page.
Changing the address
The address comes from the survey’s Slug on the Settings tab. If you change it after sharing the link, the old link stops working — update anywhere you posted it.
