Sometimes people outside your team need to see how a survey is going — a partner, a sponsor, your board. A stakeholder link lets them see the summary without an admin login.
Creating the link
- Go to Surveys → Results and pick the survey.
- Click Create share link.
- Copy the Stakeholder link and send it to whoever needs it.
What they can see
- The summary numbers, the charts for each question, and your Net Promoter Score.
- Not individual responses, email addresses or text answers — so personal details stay private.
Anyone who has the link can open it, so share it only with people you trust.
Turning the link off
Click Revoke. The link stops working immediately. If you create a new link later, it has a new address — the old one never comes back.
