Any survey can become a quiz — handy for training checks, contests or a fun knowledge test.
Setting up a quiz
- On the Settings tab, tick Quiz mode (score correct options on submit).
- On the Questions tab, for each Single choice or Dropdown question, tick the option that is correct.
- Save.
What respondents see
When they submit, the thank-you screen shows their score as a percentage of the questions they got right.
What you see
Every response keeps its score. Open Results, pick the survey, and view any individual response to see the score alongside the answers. The spreadsheet export includes the score too.
Tips
- Only Single choice and Dropdown questions with a correct option count toward the score. Other questions (such as multiple choice, text and rating questions) are still collected but not marked, so use Single choice or Dropdown for your quiz questions.
- To stop people retaking the quiz, turn on One response per email or One response per browser cookie on the Settings tab.
