Packages are the trips you sell. Each package has its own details, departure dates, room prices, hotels, day-by-day itinerary, flights and services. Once a package has a future departure and belongs to a category, it appears on your website and travelers can book it.
How to get there
- Packages > Umra — your Umrah packages.
- Packages > Tours — your tour packages.
- Packages > Hajj opens your current Hajj season's registered pilgrims, not a package list. See Hajj Companion Portal & Document Management.
The package list
- Active Packages — packages with at least one future departure that aren't hidden.
- Inactive Packages — packages that are hidden, or whose departures are all in the past.
Each row shows the package's status, nights, next departure and number of bookings. Use Search to find a package, and tick packages to Hide Selected or Delete Selected.
Create a package
- Click Create Umra Package (or Create Tours Package).
- On the Details tab, enter the Package Title and the other details below, then click Save.
- On Pricing & Departures, add at least one departure and a price.
- On Accommodation, add the hotel stays. Add an itinerary, flights and services if you want to.
- On Categories, tick at least one category, then click Save.
Yellow banners at the top of the package tell you if it still needs a future date or a category of the same type before it can show on your website.

Pricing & Departures
Click Add a New Departure and answer When can travelers book this package?
- They pick from one of the dates I enter — fixed departures. Enter the departure date, the return date or number of nights, and an optional label.
- Any date within a date range I select — travelers choose a start date between the two dates you set.
- Any time — open availability.
Under Pricing, click Add a Price for each room type:
- Room Type (for example Double Room) and Currency.
- Adult Price, Child price and Infant Price.
- Price multiply — Per Person or Per Room.
- Status — Available, Sold Out, Waiting List or Discontinued, so you can close one room type without closing the package.
- Departures — All Departures, or only the dates this price applies to.
- Price Notes — anything travelers should know about this price.
Deposit Required lets you ask for a deposit instead of full payment when a traveler books far enough in advance. Enter the deposit amount and the number of days before departure.
Accommodation
Click Add Accommodation. In Accommodation Details, choose how the stay is shown to travelers:
- Specific hotel(s) — when you know the hotel, or have a short list. Search and add one or more hotels from your hotels or from Google. With more than one hotel, travelers understand the stay may be any of them based on availability. Tick …or a similar hotel if you may substitute a comparable property; travelers then see "or similar".
- Star level only — when the hotel isn't decided yet. Pick a star rating and city, and travelers see something like "4-star hotel in Makkah".
For either option, set Day in Itinerary, Nights, an optional Meal Code, and which Departures the stay applies to (or All Departures). See Hotels for more about the hotel list.
Transportation & Services
Click Add a Service and pick a service from your catalog. Adjust the adult, child and infant prices for this package if needed, and tick Included when it's part of the package price. See Services & Transportation.
Itinerary
Click Add to Itinerary for each day: Day, Title, Subtitle, Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and Description. On the day's other tabs you can limit it to certain departures, add a feature image and day photos, and add YouTube videos by pasting the video's web address (not the embed code). Some older website designs don't show day galleries or videos; contact support if they don't appear.
Flights
Click Add a Package Flight and choose the Airline, Departure Airport and Arrival Airport. Add the Flight Number, departure and arrival date and time, and the adult, child and infant prices. Leave Title blank to show the route automatically, or type your own.

| Embed | Code to show this package on another website. |
| Social Media | Post the package to your connected social accounts now or on a schedule, create a draft email campaign for your mailing lists, and see the post history. Save the package first. |
Tips
- Use Hide or the Discontinued status instead of deleting packages that have bookings.
