Services & Transportation is your catalog of extras: airport transfers and ground transportation, visits to holy sites, visa processing fees, meals, optional destinations and anything else you charge for. You set each service up once here, then add it to your packages and to build-your-own Umrah quotes.
How to get there
In the Almotawif menu, click Services & Transportation.
The service list
The list shows each service's Title, Price, whether it's Mandatory, its Package Type and Service Type. Use the drop-down above the list to narrow it down, or leave it on All. Click Edit to change a service, or tick services and click Delete Selected.
Add a service
- Click Create a New Service.
- Enter the Title travelers will see, for example "Makkah–Madinah transfer by bus".
- Enter the Price for an adult, a child and an infant.
- Choose Available For (the package type) and the Service Type.
- Set the options and add a Description, then click Save.
Fields and options

| Service Type | How the service is grouped: Transportation, Mazarat, Visa Processing Fees, Additional Services, Meals, Optional Destinations, Discount, Cruises or Flights. |
| Code | Your own reference code (optional). |
| Mandatory | The service is added automatically to every booking where it applies, such as a required visa fee. |
| Hide | The service stays in your catalog but isn't offered as an option during booking. |
| Description | More detail about what's included. |
Where services are used
- On a package — open the package, go to the Transportation & Services tab and click Add a Service. Pick a service from your catalog, adjust the adult, child and infant prices for that package if needed, and tick Included when the service is already part of the package price. See Packages.
- On build-your-own Umrah quotes — when you or a traveler use Customize a Package, mandatory services are added automatically and the other services are offered as optional extras. See Reservations.
Tips
- Use Hide instead of deleting a service you've stopped offering, so older bookings and packages still make sense.
- Keep titles short and specific. Travelers see them in booking forms and confirmation emails.
