Forms are the documents travelers can download from the forms page on your website, such as application forms, checklists or terms. The list includes your own forms plus a set of standard forms that come with Almotawif. You can add as many of your own as you like and hide any form you don't want travelers to see.
How to get there
In the Almotawif menu, click Forms.
The forms list
Visible forms are listed with their Title and Order. Forms you've hidden are listed separately under Hidden Forms.
Add a form
- Click Create a New Form.
- Enter a Title (required).
- Upload the document under File Url. If you don't have a file, you can type the content in Template instead (see below).
- Set the Order to control where it appears in the list. Lower numbers show first.
- Add a short Description if helpful, then click Save.
Fields
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Title | The name travelers see. |
| File Url | The document travelers download, such as a PDF or Word file. |
| Order | Position in the list. |
| Hide this Form | Keeps the form off your website without deleting it. |
| Code | Your own reference code (optional). |
| Description | A short explanation of what the form is for. |
| Template | Text shown as the document when there is no file. Your agency's details are filled in automatically. |
Hide, show or delete forms
- Tick the forms you want to change.
- Under Select Action, choose Hide Selected, Unhide Selected or Delete Selected.
- Click Go.
You can hide and unhide any form, including the standard ones. You can only edit and delete forms you created yourself. If a standard form doesn't suit you, hide it and add your own version.
Tips
- Give files clear names and titles, for example "Umrah visa application form".
- Hide seasonal forms after the season rather than deleting them, so you can reuse them next year.
