The Affiliate Partner Portal lets outside organizations — typically mosques or similar group organizers — submit package bookings for their own clients without admin access and without taking online payment. You manage institutes and users in Almotawif admin; affiliates book on your public website after they sign in.
Introduced August 11, 2026. If your website was built or last updated before this date, the partner portal pages may not be on your site yet. Contact Net3000 support and we will add /account/mt/affiliates (and related routes) to your website.
What affiliates can do
- Sign in on your website and open the Partner Portal at
/account/mt/affiliates - Create unpaid multi-passenger reservations on your packages (totals and commission are recorded; no Stripe charge)
- Search and manage their own institute’s bookings, edit passengers, and cancel when needed
Only members of an Active affiliate institute can use the portal. Suspended institutes see an access-denied message.
How an account owner invites an affiliate
- In Almotawif admin, open Affiliates (
/mt/affiliates). - Create a new institute (or open an existing one). Set the institute to Active and enter a commission % if you settle commission offline.
- On the institute’s Users tab, add the affiliate user’s email (and name as needed).
- Click Send Login Link. The affiliate receives an invite email (template
mt-affiliate-invite) so they can sign in on your website. - After they sign in, they are taken to the partner portal at
/account/mt/affiliates(older links to/mt/affiliatesredirect automatically).
Partner-attributed reservations appear under Reservations → Partner Bookings and are kept out of the standard Upcoming lists so your office can settle them separately.
How the affiliate books on your website
- The affiliate opens your website and signs in with the invite / account email.
- They land on (or open) Partner Portal —
/account/mt/affiliates. - They click New Reservation, choose a package, add passengers, and submit.
- The booking is created as unpaid, tagged to their institute, with a commission snapshot for later settlement.
- Your office, the affiliate, and the group contact each receive a no-price confirmation email. The contact email states the booking was created through the affiliate on your company’s behalf.
Website requirement
The partner portal lives on your public website (same pattern as the traveler portal at /account/mt), not only in admin. Newer sites that include the standard Almotawif client portals already have these pages. Sites created or last updated before August 11, 2026 may need the partner portal shells added — please contact support to have them installed.
