Job Board: Adding Job Board to Your Website

Careerly Careerly Help

How to publish the Job Board on your public website: pages to create, embedding options for Net3000-hosted and external sites, and go-live checks.

Visitors experience your Job Board on your own website — not on a separate Net3000 URL. Net3000 embeds the job board into pages you already have (or new pages you create). End users see your domain and branding.

Pages to plan on your website

Work with Net3000 (or your web team) to add these public pages:

  • Job listings — browse and search open positions
  • Job detail — full description and apply button for one posting
  • Registration — sign up as an employer or job seeker
  • Sign in — return visitors log in to manage profiles and applications
  • Dashboard — signed-in employers and job seekers manage their content

Optional pages include employer profile and job seeker profile views linked from listings.

How embedding works

Net3000 hosts the job board application behind the scenes and displays it inside your site pages. Two common setups:

Net3000-hosted website
Your site uses Net3000 page templates. Net3000 adds shortcode-style embeds that load the job board widgets on each page.
External website (WordPress, Wix, etc.)
Net3000 provides an embed loader that displays the job board in a frame on your external pages. Your web team adds the embed snippet Net3000 supplies.

Each embed is scoped to your account so visitors only see your jobs and profiles.

Preview from admin

On Job Board Home (/jb), click Open Public Job Board to preview your live board. This uses your account's configured site URL.

Make sure your site URL (or domain) is set on your account before go-live so this link and embeds resolve correctly.

Before you launch

  1. Complete the go-live checklist (categories, employer, active posting, notification email).
  2. Confirm at least one job is Active so listings are not empty.
  3. Test registration and sign-in on your public pages.
  4. Share community guides: For employers and For job seekers.
