The Dashboard gives you a quick picture of your job board: how many postings are waiting for your approval, how many are live, and how much new activity came in over the last week.
How to get there
Open Careerly → Dashboard. The same cards also appear at the top of the Careerly home page, which opens when you choose Careerly from your applications.
What the cards show
| Card | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Job Postings Created | Postings created in the last 7 days / all time. |
| Pending Job Postings | Postings with the status Pending Review, waiting for you to approve them. |
| Active Job Postings | Postings that are live on your public job board. |
| Inactive Job Postings | Postings marked Closed, Archived or Rejected. |
| Applications | Applications received in the last 7 days / all time. |
| Employer Profiles | Employer profiles added in the last 7 days / all time. |
| Job Seekers | Job seeker profiles added in the last 7 days / all time. |
Where a card shows two numbers, such as 3 / 42, the first is the last 7 days and the second is all time. A dash instead of a number means that figure couldn't load; refresh the page to try again.
Clicking a card opens the matching list: Job Postings, Job Applications, Employer Profiles or Job Seeker Profiles. The three posting-status cards open the full Job Postings list, not a list filtered to that status, so use the Status column to find the postings you want.
A brand-new board
Until your board has any postings, profiles or applications, the Dashboard shows No Job Board Activity Yet with a button that takes you to the Careerly home page and its setup checklist.
The Careerly home page
Besides the Dashboard cards, the home page has:
- Getting started checklist: job categories defined, at least one employer profile, at least one approved (Active) posting, and an application notification email. Each item links to the screen that completes it. The categories item requires a category owned by your account; standard shared categories alone do not complete it. The notification email is set up by Net3000 support; there is no screen for it.
- Quick links with live counts for Job Postings, Applications, Employers, Job Seekers and Job Categories.
- Top Postings by Applications (All Time): your five live postings with the most applications.
- Top Employers (Last 30 Days): the five employers with the most postings created in the last 30 days.
- Recent Activity: the latest new postings, applications, employers and job seekers, each linking to its record.
- Open Public Job Board: opens your website in a new tab, once your site address is on file.
Tips
- Check Pending Job Postings every day. Nothing appears on your website until you set a posting to Active.
- New-application notifications use your configured notification email. Verify delivery and use Applications and Recent Activity to spot new arrivals; do not assume every registration sends an email.
- The counts leave out anything you have deleted.
