Everyone who registers on your job board — job seekers and employers — gets a private account on your website. They sign in with the email and password they registered with, and Careerly shows them only their own information.
How they sign in
- They click My Account in your site menu (or Sign in to apply on a job page).
- They sign in, or choose Forgot password to set a new one.
- The shared account home on your website is
/account, with a Careerly card linking to their dashboard. A sign-in started from a job can return there to finish applying.
What the account home shows
- Job seekers: how many applications they have, how many are still in progress, and new jobs matching their alerts (or their saved jobs).
- Employers: open postings, new applicants and postings about to expire.
Pages for job seekers
- Job Board — their dashboard and profile: contact details, experience, salary expectations, links and whether they are actively looking.
- My Applications — every job they applied to, with a timeline: applied, seen by the employer, and the latest decision.
- Saved Jobs — jobs they saved on a job page that includes the Save job button, ready to apply later.
- Job Alerts — saved searches for matching jobs, with daily or weekly email digests once you have enabled and verified delivery.
Pages for employers
- Job Board — their dashboard and company profile.
- My Job Postings — each posting with views, applicants and new applicants; open an applicant, read the cover letter, move them along (reviewed, shortlisted, interviewed, offered or not selected) and renew a posting that is about to expire.
What stays with you
You create and publish job postings in your admin area for the employers on your board. Employers and job seekers who self-register on your site are live immediately. Changes employers make to an applicant's status show up on that job seeker's timeline straight away.
