Trainers are the instructors, coaches or teachers who run your programs. Keeping a profile for each one lets you link them to the programs they teach and find their programs quickly.
How to get there
Open Educatify → Catalog Setup → Trainers.
Add or edit a trainer
- Click Add a Trainer, or the edit icon on a row.
- Fill in First Name, Last Name, a Feature Image (a photo), and Details (a short bio: experience, certifications, specialties).
- Click Save.
Use Search Keywords to find a trainer in the list.
Link trainers to programs
Open the program in Programs, go to its Trainers tab, pick the trainers who teach it, and click Save. A program can have several trainers, and a trainer can teach several programs. Depending on your website's design, a program's trainers can be shown with the program.
See a trainer's programs
In Programs, click the filter button next to the search box, pick one or more trainers and click Apply. Only trainers linked to at least one program appear in that list.
Remove a trainer
Use the delete icon on a row, or tick several rows and click Delete Selected. Unlink the trainer from their programs first if you want to keep the programs tidy.
