Educatify Online Learning adds lessons to programs you already run in Educatify. Registrations, schedules and payments stay the same. Accounts that do not need lessons leave the add-on off.
Where to start
After Online Learning is enabled for your account, open a saved program and select Content. An empty program says there is no learning content yet. From that tab you add modules and lessons. See Build your program content.
If you do not see Content, contact Net3000 to check whether Online Learning is enabled for your account.
How long students can open lessons
Under Settings → Online learning, Days of access after the session ends defaults to 30. Enter -1 for access that does not expire. Scheduled courses open at the session start. Open-date courses open when the student registers and stay available while the confirmed enrolment is active. Cancelling a registration removes access immediately.
