Students study from My learning after they sign in with the email you invited. They choose a course, open a lesson, and use Previous and Next to move through the modules. Mark complete saves completion for that student. Opening a lesson records when it was last viewed.
A paying client sees each of their students separately under My learning. That view shows progress only. Lesson content and completion need the student's own login. Staff see learning completion on the registration details and on the session attendance roster.
Downloads and media use links that expire after five minutes. Reload the lesson to request a new link. The link is checked against the current enrolment again before the file or video opens.
