A membership plan can unlock online programs without a separate registration for each course.
Set coverage
Create the monthly or yearly plan under Settings → Membership plans. Then open Educatify → Catalog Setup → Membership coverage and choose whether the plan unlocks all courses or only selected categories.
What members do
Active members open covered online programs from My learning without buying each course. They press Start on a course before lessons open. That date is the start for assignment due dates and for lesson unlocks. When a member finishes every lesson and every must-pass quiz or assignment, they earn one course completion and certificate, and the completion email is sent. Lesson-unlock emails begin on the Start date.
Course-wide announcements include these members. An announcement limited to one session does not. Content access stops after the plan's renewal date (and any grace days you set). Progress and certificates stay on file if the membership lapses.
Public course pages show Included in and the plan name when a public plan covers that program. Members see their plan and renewal date on the membership page and on the Educatify home card.
