Grades and progress reports

Educatify Educatify Help

See quiz, assignment, lesson and attendance scores for a session, set weights, and let families view their grades.

Each session can have a grade report that brings quiz scores, assignment grades, lesson completion and attendance into one place.

Open the report

  1. Go to Programs and open a program that has Online Learning.
  2. On the Sessions tab, click Grades next to the session. You can also open Attendance and follow the grades link.
  3. The grid has one row per student with a Pending or Confirmed registration, and a column for each quiz and assignment, plus lesson completion and attendance percentages.

Final grade

Optional category weights (Quizzes, Assignments, Lesson completion, Attendance) sit at the top of the page. Save them to recalculate finals. When any weight is greater than zero, the final is a weighted average of categories that already have a score. Categories with a weight but no score yet are skipped. With no weights, categories that have scores are averaged equally.

Staff with write access to Programs can override a final grade. A note is required. The computed grade stays visible, and each change is kept. Trainers take attendance on their sessions; grade weights and overrides stay with your staff.

Export and what families see

CSV downloads the full grid. The print icon on a student opens a printable progress report. Use the browser's Print, then Save as PDF.

On My learning, open a course and choose View grades. Learners see their own scores and feedback. Paying clients see the same for their students, and cannot change them.
