When someone registers on your public course page and the final total is zero, Educatify confirms the registration immediately. The total includes every student's sessions, fees and tax. A 100 percent promotion also qualifies when it brings the whole total to zero.
The customer and your registration notification recipients receive the normal confirmation email. For an online session, that email includes the saved meeting link, passcode and joining instructions. The customer can also see those details in their account's course schedule.
A course with free tuition and a paid materials fee still has a balance, so it is not confirmed this way. Cash and cheque registrations with a balance stay Pending until you record payment or confirm them. Card registrations are confirmed after the payment is recorded.
Partner registrations stay Pending because partners are billed offline. Registrations you create in the admin wizard keep that wizard's behavior. Older Pending registrations are not changed automatically; confirm those from Registrations when you are ready.
