If you also use Broadcaster3000 for email campaigns, Educatify can supply an audience made from your course registrations – for example "everyone registered for an upcoming Swimming course" or "past students of Level 1".
- In Educatify, open Mailing List Audiences and create an audience.
- Pick one or more courses and/or categories.
- Choose the timing: all registrations, upcoming sessions only, or past sessions only.
- Attach it to a Broadcaster3000 mailing list. The list shows how many people match right now.
The audience is worked out again every time a campaign is sent, so new registrations are included automatically and you never export or import a spreadsheet. Emails go to the client who made the registration.
