Course information for search services

Educatify Educatify Help

Public course pages include upcoming session dates, locations, trainers and prices for search services.

Public course pages include course and upcoming session details that search services can read: dates, locations, trainers and prices. Keep those fields current. This does not guarantee a special box in search results. Google no longer shows its old course rich result. Your course page is still where visitors see dates and book.

What is included

Available and sold-out dated sessions can be included. Hidden sessions, past sessions and open-date sessions are left out. Early-bird pricing is included while it applies. Approved course reviews can contribute a rating.

For an online session, only the public course page is shared. Meeting links, passcodes and joining instructions stay private.

Keep your course information current
  1. Open Programs and save the course title, description and public visibility.
  2. On Sessions, keep future session dates, the location or online setting, trainers and prices current.
  3. Open the public course page on your website and check its dates and prices. Remove or hide sessions you no longer offer.

The search information is included automatically; there is no separate search listing to submit for each session. This feature does not control when a search service revisits or displays your page.
