Customers can put their Educatify bookings on their own calendar so class dates stay with the rest of their schedule.
Add one booking
The customer opens My courses in their account and chooses Add to calendar on a booking. They can download an .ics file for Apple Calendar, Outlook or Google Calendar, or use the Google Calendar and Outlook links for individual classes.
Keep dates updated
Choose Subscribe to my calendar and paste the private URL into the calendar application's subscription settings. A download is a snapshot. A subscription refreshes on the calendar application's own schedule. Cancelled and past classes are left out.
Keep the subscription URL private. Confirmed bookings may include joining links, passcodes and instructions. Pending bookings do not include those details. The Google and Outlook links contain only the class title, date and time, and location.
If the URL was shared by mistake, choose Reset calendar URL. The old URL stops working immediately. Replace it in the calendar application with the new URL.
Timed classes use your school's time zone from Educatify settings. A session with dates but no class times appears as an all-day span, with the days and hours in its description. Open-date sessions without a dated booking or class do not appear.
