Salary Periods

Careerly Careerly Help

Manage salary periods in Careerly (per hour, per month, per year) that explain the salary range on each job posting.

A salary period tells job seekers what a posting's pay range covers, for example Hourly, Monthly or Yearly. Without it, a range like 25 to 30 could mean anything.

How to get there

Open Careerly → Lookup Tables → Salary Periods.

Where they're used

In the Salary Period field on a job posting, next to Salary Min and Salary Max, and on the job page with the salary. Salary periods aren't a filter on your board. Salary amounts are in Canadian dollars.

Add, rename or delete

  1. Click Create New, type the Period Name and click Save.
  2. Use the pencil button to rename a period; the new name shows on every posting that uses it.
  3. Use the bin button to delete one. Deleting is permanent, so move postings to another period first.

This list shows only the periods you've added. Your board may also include standard periods provided by Net3000, which appear in the posting form but aren't listed here.
