Job Board: Membership Plans and Posting Quotas

Careerly Careerly Help

How Membership Plans grant Job Board access and per-plan job and resume posting quotas for Active members.

Membership Plans and the Job Board

Job Board can limit how many jobs (and resumes) a member may post based on their Membership Plan. Plans are managed under admin Membership Plans; each plan that should unlock employer or seeker posting rights must grant Job Board.

How each plan sets its own limits

  1. Edit a Membership Plan and check Job Board under applications this plan grants.
  2. Open the gear and set job posting and resume posting quotas for that plan (blank can mean unlimited, depending on your configuration).
  3. Save the plan. Members who join it and become Active entitled members can post within those limits.

A starter plan might allow a few job postings; a sponsor plan can allow more. Members without an Active Job Board–granting plan are blocked or limited when they try to post beyond what entitlement allows.

What you still moderate

Membership quotas do not replace approval. You still review job postings, employers, and seekers in the Job Board admin as usual.
