Employment Types

Careerly Careerly Help

Manage employment types in Careerly (full-time, part-time, contract and so on), used on job postings and as a filter on your board.

Employment types describe the kind of job, for example Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary or Internship.

How to get there

Open Careerly → Lookup Tables → Employment Types.

Where they're used

  • The Employment Type field on a job posting (one per posting).
  • The employment type filter on your public board, which only lists types used by at least one live posting.
  • The job page, and the job seeker's list of applications in their dashboard.

Add, rename or delete

  1. Click Create New, type the Employment Type and click Save.
  2. Use the pencil button to rename a type; the new name shows on every posting that uses it.
  3. Use the bin button to delete a type. Deleting is permanent, so move postings to another type first.

This list shows only the types you've added. Your board may also include standard types provided by Net3000, which appear in the posting form and filters but aren't listed here.
