Selling job posting and résumé plans

Careerly Careerly Help

Limit how many job postings employers, and how many résumés job seekers, can publish in each membership term.

Careerly works with Membership Plans, so you can sell access to your job board — for example a plan that includes five job postings a year for employers, or one résumé for job seekers.

Setting the limits

  1. Open your membership plan in the Memberships admin area.
  2. Grant Job Board to the plan, then open its quota settings and enter Job postings per term and/or Resume postings per term. Leave a box blank for unlimited.
  3. Give the plan the public Employer or Job Seeker Team so members get the right access.

What happens when a limit is reached

  • Careerly counts what the member has used since the start of their current term.
  • When they reach the limit, a clear message explains how many their plan includes and how many they have used.
  • When their plan renews, the count starts again.

Members with no applicable plan retain planless posting access. An expired applicable plan does not provide an unlimited renewal; renew or activate the plan first.
