My Job Postings
Each of the employer's postings shows its status, when it was posted, when it expires, and three numbers: views (how many times the job page was opened), applicants and new applicants the employer has not opened yet.
Working with applicants
- View applicants lists everyone who applied, newest first, with a New badge on those not opened yet.
- Clicking an applicant shows their availability and cover letter, with a link to their full profile.
- The status list moves them to Reviewed, Shortlisted, Interviewed, Offered or Not selected. The job seeker sees it on their timeline.
Renewing a posting
- Postings that expire within 14 days (or already expired) are flagged Expiring soon, with a reminder at the top of the page.
- Renew for 30 days extends an eligible Active posting by 30 days from its future expiry date, or from today if it has already expired.
- When an employer has an applicable Careerly membership, renewal uses an active entitled plan and does not extend beyond its term. If all applicable memberships have ended or are inactive, the employer must renew or activate one first. An unrelated plan does not grant Careerly access. Employers who have never had an applicable plan retain the 30-day planless renewal.
Employers do not publish new postings themselves — you create and publish postings in your admin area.
