Under My Applications, each application shows a short timeline so the job seeker always knows where it stands:
- Applied — with the date they applied.
- Viewed by the employer — ticked, with the date, once the employer opens the application.
- The decision so far — Reviewed, Shortlisted, Interviewed, Offered or Not selected, with the date it changed.
Who moves an application along
The employer, from My Job Postings in their account, or you, from the applications screen in your admin area. Either way the job seeker sees the change the next time they look.
Filtering
Job seekers can show all their applications or only those that are submitted, shortlisted, interviewed or offered.
