Rentals3000 is your own online booking system for rooms, suites and vacation properties. You list your units with photos and seasonal rates, guests send booking requests from your website, and you review, confirm and track every booking from your admin area, with no third-party booking site and no commission.

The Rentals3000 home page
Opening Rentals3000 shows a quick snapshot of your business:
- Rooms: how many units you have listed.
- Bookings: how many upcoming bookings you have, split into Confirmed and New. New bookings are the ones still waiting for you to confirm them.
- Clients: how many people have a login on your account. This number can include your own team members as well as guests.
- Latest 10 Bookings: your next ten check-ins, soonest first. Click the edit icon on a row to open that booking. Always check a booking's status on the Bookings page, which shows it accurately.
Use Add New Booking to enter a reservation yourself, or View All to open the full bookings list.

Net3000.ca usually sets up your rooms, photos and booking pages on your website for you when you start.
How bookings reach you
Guests choose a room, their dates and the number of guests on your website, enter their contact details, and pick a payment option. The booking arrives in your Bookings list with the status New, and Rentals3000 emails the booking details to the guest and to you. Guests who have booked before are recognized by their email address, so their details carry over.
Rentals3000 does not yet check for overlapping bookings or stop guests from booking dates you have blocked. Review each new booking before you confirm it.
How guests pay
Your payment settings decide which options guests see when they book:
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Deposit Percent | The share of the total a guest pays to hold the booking, for example 30. Leave it empty to charge the full amount. |
| Accept Cash and Cash Message | Lets guests choose to pay cash. The message tells them how, for example "Payable on your Check-in" (the default). |
| Accept Check and Check Message | Lets guests choose to pay by cheque, with your instructions. |
| Accept Online Payment | Lets guests pay online through PayPal. |
Online payments go through PayPal only. Connect your PayPal account under Integrations first, or guests who choose to pay online won't get a payment link. When PayPal reports a payment, Rentals3000 records it on the booking and marks the booking Confirmed. Refunds are issued from your PayPal account.
To change these options, open Settings from the top menu, go to Configure Applications and click Rentals3000.
