Use this guide to find the Store ID and API token required by the Moneris integration and connect them in Net3000. You can save live and test credentials at the same time.
-
Log in to the Moneris Merchant Resource Center
Go to the Moneris Merchant Resource Center (production) and log in with your merchant credentials. For test/QA stores, use the Moneris test Merchant Resource Center your account manager provided (often the eSelect Plus / QA portal).
-
Navigate to API settings
Find the Administration tab or API Settings section. Depending on your account, look for Store Settings or Hosted Tokenization.
-
Copy the Store ID
Your Store ID is usually shown in Store Settings as a short alphanumeric code that identifies the merchant account. Production and test stores each have their own Store ID.
-
Generate the API token
Click Generate API Key or Manage API Credentials. Moneris may ask you to confirm merchant details before generating the token. Generate (or copy) a token for each store you plan to use.
-
Copy and secure the API token
Copy the generated API token and keep it secure. The integration uses it with the Store ID to authenticate Moneris API requests.
-
Paste into Net3000
In Net3000 admin, open Integrations → Moneris (
/apis/moneris). Use the Live Keys and Test Keys tabs:- Live Keys — production Store Id and Api Token
- Test Keys — test/QA Store Id and Api Token
Leave an Api Token field blank on edit to keep the existing value. Click Save. Staging and other testMode environments use the Test tab; production uses Live. If Test is empty while testMode is on, charges will not fall back to Live credentials.
