Use this guide to find the MailChimp API key and connect it so website newsletter signups sync to your list.

Log in to MailChimp
Go to the MailChimp website and log in with your account credentials.

Navigate to API keys
Click your profile icon, choose Account & Billing, then open Extras and select API keys. You can also search for API keys from the MailChimp dashboard.

Create or view an API key
On the API keys page, review existing keys or click Create A Key to generate a new one.

Copy the API key
Click Copy beside the key, or manually select and copy it. Store the key securely and do not share it publicly.

Label the key
Add a label so you can identify which application uses the key, especially when the account has multiple integrations.

Connect in Net3000
In Net3000 admin, open Integrations → Mailchimp (
/apis/mailchimp), paste the API key, and click Connect. Select your default Audience / Subscriber List so newsletter forms add contacts automatically. -
Find the default list ID if needed
Open Audience, select All contacts, then open the list you want to use as default. Copy the List ID from the URL or list settings if the integration asks for it.
