Connect Elavon (Converge) so Net3000 can process payments through your Elavon merchant account. You can save live and test/demo credentials at the same time.
Where to configure
In Net3000 admin, open Integrations → Elavon (/apis/elavon). Use the Live Keys and Test Keys tabs.

Locate your Elavon credentials
Sign in to your Elavon / Converge merchant portal and open the account or API credentials section. Elavon often provides a separate demo / test Merchant ID set for development — use those values on the Test tab.

Copy Merchant ID, User ID, and Pin
Copy your Merchant ID, User ID, and Pin#. Keep the Pin confidential.

Paste into Net3000
In Net3000 admin, go to Integrations → Elavon (
/apis/elavon):- Live Keys — production Merchant ID, User ID, and Pin#
- Test Keys — demo/test Merchant ID, User ID, and Pin#
Leave Pin# blank on edit to keep the existing value. Click Save.
