Connect Authorize.Net

General Connecting Your Application

Connect Authorize.Net sandbox and live API Login ID / Transaction Key using Net3000 Live and Test tabs.

Connect Authorize.Net so Net3000 can process card payments through your Authorize.Net merchant account. You can save live and sandbox credentials at the same time.

Where to configure

In Net3000 admin, open Integrations → Authorize.Net (/apis/authorizenet). Use the Live Keys and Test Keys tabs.

  1. Find your API credentials

Sign in to the Authorize.Net Merchant Interface (production) or the Sandbox Merchant Interface. Open Account → Settings → API Credentials & Keys (wording may vary slightly by account).

  2. Copy the API Login ID and Transaction Key

Copy your API Login ID. Generate or reveal a Transaction Key and copy it immediately. Optionally copy Signature Key and Public Client Key (Accept.js) if your checkout uses them. Keep Transaction Key and Signature Key confidential. Repeat in sandbox for test credentials.

  3. Paste into Net3000

    In Net3000 admin, go to Integrations → Authorize.Net (/apis/authorizenet):

    • Live Keys — production API Login ID, Transaction Key, and related fields
    • Test Keys — sandbox API Login ID, Transaction Key, and related fields

Gateway Login / Password fields are legacy aliases of the same credentials. Leave password-style fields blank on edit to keep existing secrets. Click Save.

  4. Test before going live

Staging / testMode uses the Test tab against Authorize.Net sandbox. Production uses Live. Empty Test credentials do not fall back to Live while testMode is on.
