Book as a guest or sign in
Customers never have to sign in to book. On the first screen, Log in opens a small sign-in window, and anyone can close it and continue as a guest. Checkout doesn't ask again.
Signed-in customers see Signed in as with their name at the bottom of the form, and can Log out on that device.
Estimated travel time
Once the pickup and drop-off are both chosen from the address suggestions, the form shows the estimated travel time and arrival time for the pickup date and time selected. The estimate updates if the time changes, and appears again on the vehicle and checkout steps. On a round trip, the return uses the return date.
Saved addresses
Signed-in customers see a Saved list next to the pickup and drop-off fields and can pick an address they've used before. Airport choices are unchanged. Picking a saved address doesn't create a duplicate copy of it.
Customers manage their addresses under Saved Addresses in their account.
Payment options
At checkout the customer chooses Pay in full, Pay a deposit (if you take one) or Pay in person. The card form appears only when they choose to pay online.
