What you can do here
Keep the client records you book rides for. Customers who book online are added automatically; you can also add them yourself.
- Add a Client creates a new client. The same menu lets you Download CSV of your list, get a Sample CSV, and Upload CSV to import many clients at once.
- On a client, keep the First Name, Last Name, Telephone and Email up to date, and untick Active for clients you no longer serve.
- Addresses holds the client's saved pickup and drop-off addresses. They're the same addresses the customer sees in their account.
- Reservations lists the client's trips. Add Reservation starts a new booking for them.
