GNet is a network that connects thousands of ground-transportation companies. When another company has a ride in your area, they can farm it out to you, and it arrives on your Network trips page. You run the ride as you would any other reservation, and your progress is reported back to the company that sent it.
You are the supplier on these rides. The passenger is not charged by you — the sending company bills the passenger and pays you the agreed wholesale amount.
Availability. Network trips depend on Net3000 completing GRiDD’s integration certification for this connection, and on your own operator setup on GNet. Certification is still in progress, so the connection is not live for operators yet.
Before trips can reach you
- Register your fleet on GNet and get your own GRiDD ID (there is a sign-up link on this page and on the Settings page). When you sign up, choose Net3000 as your reservation system if it is listed. If you are already a GNet member, keep your current ID and do not register again. GNet verifies new registrations, and incomplete or unclear company details are held for manual review, so treat your GRiDD ID as usable only once GNet has activated it.
- Make sure your GNet account is linked to Net3000 as your software provider. Send your GRiDD ID to Net3000 support and we will have GNet confirm the assignment — that applies whether Net3000 was listed when you signed up or you are an existing GNet member whose account needs repointing.
- Open Settings → GNet and save that GRiDD ID.
Both the link and the saved ID are needed. Saving your GRiDD ID in Limo Man does not link your account on GNet, and until the ID is saved the Network trips page stays empty, because trips are matched to you by that ID. You never type any API password into Limo Man — the connection itself is handled for you.
You also need approved partner relationships on GNet, with the correct partner and customer account mapping, for the companies that send you trips. Your vehicle mapping for incoming trips is set per partner in the GNet portal, so that a sedan or SUV another company asks for arrives as the vehicle type you actually offer. If that menu is not available on your account, ask GNet to enable it.
You do not sign a separate agreement with GRiDD for this connection. Net3000 signs the vendor-partner participation agreement as your software provider; you accept GNet’s own account terms when you register your company.
What GNet costs
GNet is billed by GRiDD directly to your own GNet account, not through Limo Man. There are two separate costs: an optional membership plan, and a flat fee on each network reservation. Registering is free: GRiDD states there is no setup fee, no minimum volume commitment and no exclusivity requirement.
Rates below are from GRiDD as of October 2026, in US dollars and excluding taxes. Partner services are priced separately. Check GNet plans and pricing for the current rates and the full comparison.
Transaction fees apply on every plan, including the free one:
| Reservation type | Fee |
|---|---|
| Sent to or received from another operator | $1.50 per reservation |
| Received from a distributor, such as a travel management company, online travel agency or travel platform | $2.00 per reservation |
Each operator pays its own fee, so on an operator-to-operator trip the sender and the receiver are each charged $1.50. The fee is a flat amount per reservation, not a percentage of the fare, and it does not change with the region or the type of trip.
Membership plans are separate from transaction fees. They add profile and marketing features on GNet Connect:
| Plan | Price | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | Free | Public profile, partner search, 1 active location, document uploads, and 1 need reply a day. |
| Professional | $29.99 a month, or $24.99 a month billed annually | Higher search ranking, broader content visibility, document tracking and verification, 2 active locations, 5 need posts a month and 5 replies a day. |
| Premium | $149.99 a month, or $129.99 a month billed annually | Priority search ranking, 6 active locations, and unlimited need posts, replies and document tracking. |
| Enterprise | Custom | For distributors and large-capacity operators. Unlimited active locations and a dedicated account manager. |
You do not need a paid plan to receive network trips. An approved, correctly connected operator can send and receive trips on the free Basic plan. Upgrading improves your presence on GNet, but it does not guarantee introductions or bookings.
GRiDD has a growth team that helps operators present themselves better on the network and looks for relevant partner introductions. If that is of interest, ask Net3000 support and we will put you in touch. Any scope or terms are agreed directly with them.
- What is not charged
- Updates, status and driver messages, and cancellations carry no extra transaction fee. Webhooks, GPS events and location searches are also free.
Transaction credit — separate from your membership plan
The free Basic plan still requires sufficient transaction credit. Your Connect membership pays for profile and marketing features; the credit balance in your own GNet account pays the network reservation fees. A paid Connect subscription is not required to send or receive trips when your operator account is approved and correctly connected.
The transaction fee is deducted when a reservation is submitted and credited back if the reservation is cancelled. Updates, status and driver messages, and cancellations do not incur an additional transaction fee.
Keep your GNet credit balance funded: if it falls below zero GNet can suspend the account, and while it is suspended network trips stop reaching you. Add credits, or set up automatic payments, under Billing in your GNet dashboard.
What you are paid for a ride is separate from all of this. The wholesale amount is agreed between you and the company that sent the trip, and is settled between the two of you rather than through GNet.
Step 1 — Approve or decline the trip
Each row shows the pickup, the drop-off, the local pickup time, the vehicle asked for, the number of passengers and the company that sent it.
- Approve
- Creates a reservation in your system, priced at the wholesale amount you are being paid, with no passenger payment. Limo Man then tells GNet the trip is confirmed, and the sending company sees that you have taken it.
- Decline
- Cancels the trip here and tells GNet you are not taking it. If GNet cannot be reached, the trip stays declined on your side and the page does not report success.
Answer promptly. The sending company is waiting on your confirmation and may cancel the ride and give it to someone else if it does not arrive. GNet does not publish a fixed deadline for answering — how long a trip is left with you is the sending company’s decision.
Step 2 — Assign a chauffeur
Approving creates the reservation, but the sending company is still waiting to hear who is driving. Open the Dispatch board and assign a chauffeur to the new reservation. That assignment is what reports back to GNet that the ride is covered.
Assign the chauffeur as soon as you approve. Approving has already confirmed the ride on the network; the chauffeur is a separate status, so until you assign one the sending company sees the trip as confirmed and awaiting assignment, and is still waiting to hear who is driving.
Step 3 — Run the ride
From here it is a normal trip. Each status your chauffeur sets in the driver app — or that you set on the reservation — is reported to the sending company as it happens:
- En route — the chauffeur is on the way to the pickup.
- On location — the chauffeur is waiting at the pickup.
- Passenger on board — the passenger is in the car.
- Dropped off — reported to GNet as the ride being complete.
- Completed — closes the ride on GNet and sends your final charges for payment.
Set Completed only once the charges on the reservation are final. Closing the ride is what submits the amount you are owed, and it is sent once. The reservation’s activity log records that GNet was told, and what amount was sent.
If the charges have to be revised after that, changing the reservation does not send a second set of closing charges. GNet itself accepts a corrected close with revised amounts, but Limo Man sends the closing charges only once, so agree the revised amount with the company that sent the trip, and contact Net3000 support if the correction needs to reach GNet.
If something changes
- The sending company cancels
- The trip, and the reservation created from it, are cancelled here, and GNet is told the cancellation was accepted. A reservation that already has a payment recorded against it cannot be cancelled this way — sort the payment out first. Until then the ride stays live on both sides and the reason goes back to the sending company, so it is worth settling quickly.
- You cannot cover the ride after approving
- Cancel the reservation as you normally would, and the cancellation is passed back to the sending company. On the network you can only cancel a trip yourself while it is still confirmed and awaiting assignment. Once a chauffeur has been assigned, GNet refuses a cancellation from your side and only the sending company can cancel the trip — cancelling in Limo Man on its own is not a completed network cancellation. The reservation’s activity log says whether GNet accepted it; if it did not, the sending company still has the ride, so contact them to cancel it on their side.
- The same trip arrives twice
- A repeat of a trip you already have does not create a second reservation; it keeps the one you already answered with.
Getting paid
GNet rides appear with your other affiliate work under Settlement, in payables and receivables, at the wholesale amount stored when the ride was approved. Changing the pricing on the reservation afterwards does not change what was agreed with the sending company.
Privacy
Your Network trips page only ever lists trips addressed to your own GRiDD ID. Passenger names and phone numbers are kept off the trip list and out of the notices we send you about new network trips.
