A client audience is a Broadcaster3000 mailing list made from your Limo Man clients. It stays current by itself, so it's always ready for your next offer or seasonal promotion.
Create an audience
- Open Limo Man → Mailing List Audiences and create an audience.
- Give it a Title. The list appears in Broadcaster3000 under this name.
- Choose the Client status: Active, Inactive, or both. For example, target inactive clients with a "we miss you" offer.
- Save. The audience shows how many clients it includes.
Using it
In Broadcaster3000, pick the audience as the list for your campaign. The list is worked out again at send time, so new clients are included automatically.
You can open an audience to see who's in it and Unsubscribe someone. Deleting the audience also removes its list from Broadcaster3000.
Who is included
Clients are included while you have their consent to be emailed. This counts from their most recent trip, so a long-standing client who rode recently is still included.
