Corporate accounts on your website
Set up the company under Corporate Accounts, choose its payment terms and reference requirements, then invite its first company administrator. Members use your website's usual My Account sign-in and keep their ordinary trips and saved addresses.
Company trips
Bookers and company administrators see all their company's trips and can filter by passenger or cost center. Passengers see only trips linked to their own passenger login, even if they booked a trip for somebody else.
Invoices
Company administrators open issued invoices to view their itemized rides, print or save a PDF in their browser, and pay an outstanding balance through the existing Stripe card page. Paid invoices remain printable. Draft and void invoices are not shown. Bookers and passengers do not have invoice access.
Invite and manage members
Company administrators open Members and enter a name, email and role: company administrator, booker or passenger. The member receives the usual password setup link. An existing login is reused without changing its name, password or other memberships. A member linked to another company must be moved by the operator.
Change role or Remove affects only members in your company. Removing corporate membership preserves the ordinary rider account and trip history. Ask another administrator to change or remove your own membership.
Setup and access
Your website must include the company account pages before offering this portal. Inactive companies and revoked or inactive company roles cannot use it. Invitations and member changes are disabled on read-only demo accounts.
