More tools for registrations and sessions
- Fill seats and manage changes. Use session waitlists, company seat purchases with attendees named later, and cancellation requests your team reviews. Public registrations with a zero total are confirmed immediately.
- Make classes easier to run. Generate class dates, take attendance, give trainers their own sign-in, keep online joining details private, and let customers add bookings to their calendars.
- Offer more ways to pay and follow up. Choose full payment, deposits or instalments. Set up timed welcome, reminder and follow-up emails, alongside course review invitations. Course pages also share upcoming session details with search services.
Optional Online Learning
Add modules and lessons with text, YouTube or Vimeo video, private files and links. Give students their own logins, show lesson progress to families, publish free previews and release lessons on a schedule.
Build quizzes and practice exams, collect assignments, answer lesson questions and post announcements. Track grades, issue completion certificates with CEU or PDH credits, and provide transcripts. Offer membership access or course bundles.
Keep Moodle, or move your courses
If your school still teaches in Moodle, you can set up registration enrolment sync. If you are moving to Educatify Online Learning, preview an import of supported course materials, questions and student enrolments.
Choose what to turn on
Online Learning is an optional add-on. Some features need account settings, templates or integration setup. Contact Net3000 before using automated email sequences, Moodle sync or new-lesson emails so we can complete setup and test the background sender with you. Adding these options does not turn them on for every account.
