Many Net3000 websites display photo galleries pulled from your Facebook Page albums (for example, an Albums or Galleries page). Facebook only returns albums and photos that are Public. If an album is private, friends-only, or limited to a custom audience, it will not appear on your website.
You need an Admin or Editor role on the Facebook Page. Work from a computer when possible — album tools are clearer on desktop Facebook or Meta Business Suite.
Create a new public album and upload photos
-
Open your Facebook Page
Go to facebook.com, switch into your Page (not your personal profile), and open the Page you use for your business website.
-
Open Photos → Albums
On your Page, open the Photos tab, then choose Albums. (If your Page uses the newer professional layout, look for Photos under Page tools, or open the Page in Meta Business Suite and go to Content / Photos.)
-
Create the album
Click Create album (or + Create Album). Enter a clear album name visitors will recognize on your website (for example, "Wedding Fleet" or "Airport Transfers").
-
Upload your images
Click Upload Photos / Add photos, select the image files from your computer, and wait for the upload to finish. You can add captions to individual photos if you want.
-
Set the audience to Public
Before posting, check the album audience / privacy control. Choose Public (sometimes labeled Anyone on or off Facebook). Do not use Friends, Only me, or a custom/restricted audience.
-
Publish the album
Click Post (or Publish) to save the album on your Page.
Add more photos to an existing album
- Open your Page → Photos → Albums.
- Open the album you want to update.
- Click Add photos / Upload photos and select the new images.
- Confirm the album audience is still set to Public, then save/post.
Make an existing album publicly visible
If an album already exists but is missing from your website gallery:
- Open your Page → Photos → Albums.
- Open the album.
- Click the menu (⋮ / Options) and choose Edit album (wording may vary slightly).
- Change the audience to Public.
- Click Save.
Quick checklist for website galleries
- Photos are in a Page album (not only a one-off timeline post).
- Album audience is Public.
- You are managing the same Facebook Page connected to your Net3000 website.
- Allow a short delay, then refresh your website Albums/Galleries page to confirm the album appears.
Facebook's menus change over time. If you cannot find Albums, search Facebook Help for "create a photo or video album" while signed in as your Page, or contact us and we can walk through it with you.
