Find a package
- In the admin menu, open Almotawif Reseller → Packages and choose Umra, Hajj or Tours.
- The list has two tabs: Active Packages and Inactive Packages. Each row shows the package code, title, the agency it belongs to, its status and whether it is hidden.
- Use the search box to find a package by its title, its code, or the agency’s account number. Click a column heading to sort.
- Click a package to open it.
Create a package for an agency
- Open the list for the package type you want (Umra, Hajj or Tours) and click Create Umra Package (or Hajj / Tours).
- Choose the agency the package belongs to. This is set once: after the package is saved, it stays with that agency.
- Fill in the basic details (title, code, description, status) and save.
- Continue with the other tabs: dates and prices, hotels, itinerary, flights and services.
The package appears on the agency’s own website under their name as soon as it is listed and has an upcoming departure (or no dates at all).
Edit a package
The package editor is the same one agencies use in Almotawif. Its tabs cover:
- Basic information: title, code, tagline, description, status and the Hide switch.
- Categories and Feature image / gallery.
- Accommodation: the hotel for each city and number of nights. A stay can offer several hotels (“One of: …”), be marked “or similar”, or show only a star level and city until the hotel is confirmed.
- Pricing: departures (fixed dates, date ranges or open availability) and room prices for adults, children and infants.
- Services, Itinerary (day by day, with photos and YouTube videos) and Flights.
- Custom fields and SEO (page link, title and description for search engines).
Changes are saved to the agency’s package straight away.
Hide or delete packages
- To take a package off the agency’s website without losing it, switch on Hide and save. It moves to Inactive Packages.
- To delete, click the delete icon on a row, or tick several packages and click Delete Selected. Deleting can’t be undone. If travelers have already booked a package, hide it instead of deleting it.
