Almotawif Reseller is a back office for teams that manage Hajj, Umrah and tour packages for several agencies. Each agency keeps its own Almotawif account, website, bookings and customers. From Almotawif Reseller you can see and edit the packages of every agency in one place, without signing in to each account.
Who can use it
Almotawif Reseller has to be added to your account by Net3000. Once it is, it appears in your admin menu as Almotawif Reseller, next to your other applications. Your team members need permission for the application, set on their team like any other app.
The home page
Open Almotawif Reseller from the menu. The home page shows one card for each package type (Umrah, Hajj and Tours):
- Active: packages that are listed and have a departure date still to come, or have no dates at all.
- Inactive: packages that are hidden, or whose departure dates have all passed.
Click a card to open that package list.
Your dashboard card
Your main Dashboard also has an Almotawif Reseller card. It shows:
- Active and inactive packages for each package type, across every agency.
- Needs new dates: listed packages whose departures have all passed. Travelers can’t book them until you add new dates (or hide them to take them off the site).
- How many agencies have at least one active package.
- The five agency packages updated most recently, with the agency name. Click one to open it.
