Receive and follow up on leasing enquiries

MallHub3000 MallHub3000 Help

Prospective tenants send leasing enquiries from your website. See how many you have on your dashboard, open each one, and choose who is emailed when a new one arrives.

Businesses interested in space in your centre can send a leasing enquiry from your website. MallHub3000 counts the enquiries on your dashboard and keeps each one so you can follow up.

Where enquiries come from

The leasing enquiry form on your website is a regular website form with the code md-lease. It's usually added when your site is built. If your site doesn't have one yet, ask Net3000 support to add a leasing form to your leasing or contact page.

See your enquiries

  1. Open your Dashboard. The MallHub3000 card shows the number of Lease Applications.
  2. Click Lease Applications to open the list of enquiries.
  3. Click an enquiry to see everything the prospect entered.

From the list you can also download all enquiries to a spreadsheet, for example to share with your leasing agent.

Get an email for each new enquiry

Leasing enquiries use the same forms system as your other website forms. To choose who is notified:

  1. Open Forms in Simply CMS and find the leasing form (code md-lease).
  2. On its Notifications tab, add the email addresses, and mobile numbers for text alerts, of the people who handle leasing.
  3. Set Sender Email Field to the enquiry's email field, so you can reply to the prospect straight from the notification email.
  4. Click Save.
