AdNetwork AdNetwork Help

Give advertisers access to their campaigns, performance and shareable reports.

Your customers' client portal

Give each advertiser access to their own campaigns. In Advertisers, link their existing website login to the advertiser record. Linking grants the advertiser role. Unlinking removes access to that advertiser's campaigns.

Signing in

Advertisers use your website's usual My Account sign-in. After signing in, the account home shows an AdNetwork card with active campaigns, impressions and clicks, including click-through rate. They can open My campaigns from the card or account menu.

Campaigns and creative

The campaign list includes scheduled campaigns and requests. Each campaign shows its approval status, flight dates in your account timezone, impressions, clicks, click-through rate and remaining impression and click limits. Uncapped means that no visible slide has a positive limit. An exhausted limit shows zero.

Open a campaign to see its attached slides and any creative submissions with their review status and note. Advertisers can request a campaign or renewal and submit creative for your review. Advertisers can pay an issued campaign balance from their signed-in account.

Sharing a report

The shareable report link opens without signing in and shows only that campaign's performance and approval status. It contains no contact, invoice or payment details. Anyone with the link can view it. You can rotate the report link in campaign settings to disable the previous link.

Request a campaign or renewal

Advertisers open Request a campaign, enter a title, proposed dates in your account timezone, and a message. They can attach an optional image. On an approved campaign, Request renewal sends a separate request; the original campaign keeps running. Requests appear in your Approvals queue. You decide whether to approve them and which flight dates and limits to use.

Upload and replace creative

Open a campaign, choose New creative or an existing slide to replace, then upload a JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP up to 5 MB. A destination URL must start with http:// or https://. The portal shows Pending until you review it. Uploading never changes live slides, dates, limits or previous performance. Approving a replacement keeps that slide's history and counters.

If an optional upload fails after a request was saved, the request remains pending. The advertiser can retry the upload or open the saved request without creating another request. Your account email receives a review notification for each new request or submission.

Pay campaign invoices

The owner adds charges to the campaign, including an agreed renewal charge. Charges on one campaign use the same issued currency. Advertisers cannot change these amounts. The campaign page shows recorded payments, a receipt link and Pay balance when money is due. The balance is calculated from charges minus payments on the server.

The advertiser must sign in and own the campaign to pay. Use the existing card or hosted checkout configured for the account; hosted checkout supports Stripe and PayPal. The public receipt is read-only and has no payment button. A zero balance shows Paid; a later owner charge makes the balance outstanding again.

Payment never approves a campaign or creative, changes its flight, or publishes a pending image. Those decisions stay in your Approvals queue. A repeated gateway reference does not record a second payment or send a second receipt.
