Book a ride, see the fare, dispatch a driver — all in one place.

The challenge

A limousine and airport-transfer business lives on two things: taking bookings around the clock without phone tag, and knowing exactly which driver and vehicle is on which trip. Pharaoh Limo needed customers to be able to book a ride and see a real price online — including airport pickups with flight details — while the office kept one clear view of the fleet, the rates, the payments and the day's schedule. Rather than build a bespoke system, they went live on our ready-made Limousine Service application.

What the platform does

• Online booking widget. An embeddable widget walks customers through five trip types — Pickup From Airport, Dropoff at Airport, Roundtrip at Airport, Oneway Limo Ride, and Limo by the Hour — with Google Maps Places autocomplete for addresses and flight/airline capture on airport flows.
• Instant fares & flexible payment. Customers see a price before they commit, then pay in full, pay a deposit, or pay in person. Trips outside the service area fall back to a "we'll contact you with a quote" flow so no lead is lost.
• Orders & dispatch. List and calendar views of upcoming trips with search, a separate archive of past trips, per-order confirm / cancel / dispatch-to-driver actions, and a guided Create Order flow for phone and walk-in bookings.
• Fleet, rates & services. Vehicles with photos, passenger and luggage capacity, and hourly and per-distance rates; named airports and locations with fixed and per-city flat rates; and flat or percentage surcharges with optional day-of-week and time-of-day restrictions.
• Payments & clients. Record manual payments and issue Stripe refunds against an order, with customer records carrying saved addresses plus payment and order history.
• Automated notifications. Templated booking, quote, confirmation, cancellation and driver-dispatch messages go out to clients, drivers and admins by email and SMS.

Under the hood

The Limousine Service application runs on our hosting with a dedicated admin area at /limo/. Stripe handles online card payments, deposits and automatic refunds on cancellation; Google Maps Places and Directions drive distance-and-time pricing and service-area limits; and templated email & SMS notifications keep clients, drivers and admins in sync. Pharaoh Limo configures currency, payment gateway, deposit rules, service-area limits and notification recipients from Settings — no code required on their side.

Outcome

Pharaoh Limo takes bookings online with real fares and a fallback quote flow for out-of-area trips, and runs the whole operation — vehicles, rates, drivers, payments and the trip calendar — from one admin area on a platform we host and support.
