The challenge

The firm relied on a legacy practice-management tool for matters, a separate system for time entry, QuickBooks for billing, and an Excel sheet to track conflicts. Paralegals reconciled across all four every week. Partners couldn't get reliable WIP numbers without waiting for the close.

A unified platform combining the Accounting, CRM, and a custom Matter Management application — all on the shared Net3000 foundation. Time entry lives where the work lives. Invoicing reads straight from timers. Trust accounting runs on the same ledger.

Outcome
